I'm Scott, and I learned woodworking the way most people do: by ruining a few boards first and making a lot of sawdust.
Today I build custom pieces from my shop in Poulsbo, Washington, on the Kitsap Peninsula. Everything leaving my shop is something I'd put in my own kitchen or hang on my own wall. If it isn't, it doesn't ship.
When I'm not building for customers, I publish woodworking plans and run a line of shop-humor shirts and mugs that woodworkers actually get.
